Information for New Clients
We welcome new clients! And we are looking forward to meeting you and your furry friends.
Typically we schedule about 2 weeks out for wellness visits. When scheduling your first visit with us we do require a scheduling deposit. This deposit holds your appointment and is refundable up to 24hours prior to your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment be sure to do so more than 24 hours prior to your appointment. Any changes made to appointments less than 24 hours prior to the appointment are not able to have the scheduling deposit refunded or transferred forward to a future appointment.
A member of our team will call to confirm your first visit about 48 business hours prior to your appointment. We will need verbal confirmation from you for your first appointment at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. If you aren’t able to answer our phone call and we leave you a voicemail, we will give you a time that we must hear back from you in order to keep your appointment.
We welcome you to download our app! Please note that if you are a new client to our practice and request an appointment through our app, we will need to speak with you over the phone to gather your information and your pet’s information so that we can start a chart on our computer system, and collect the scheduling deposit. Your pet’s information will upload from our computer system to your app account after your pet’s first visit is complete.
Our app lets you request appointments, view your pet’s vaccination due dates, request chronic medication or parasite preventatives.
